- Monday Blues are the set of emotions that employees get at the beginning of the workweek if they are not happy. It can give negative and also the positive impact on your performance of the whole week- as well as on the people around you.
- There are many ways to fight with Monday blues like:
- Hit the Gym in the morning.
- Wear your favorite dress on Monday to make your start of the week energetically
- Eat your healthy favorite breakfast
- Plan a special evening after work.
- Before starting work, do some meditation for 5 mins before starting the work or in the middle of the workday
- Music refreshes your mood so quickly.
- Only because Monday is the first day of the working week, don’t blame it and try to make it more exquisite and gratifying.
