Welcome to WillShall.com. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services

WillShall offers professional services in:

• Website Design and Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
• Content Creation and Branding
• Other Digital Marketing and IT-related Services

Each service will be governed by a separate agreement outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content, information, and approvals within agreed timelines.
• Ensure that materials supplied do not violate intellectual property rights.
• Maintain timely communication and responsiveness.

3. Intellectual Property

• We retain rights to all concepts and work until full payment is received.
• Upon final payment, ownership of custom design, code, and content developed specifically for you will transfer to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment structure will be defined in the service agreement.
• Late payments beyond 7 days from the due date may incur a penalty of 2% per month.

6. Limitation of Liability

WillShall will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice. Any work done until termination must be paid for.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of [Mohali, India].

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund (100%) will be issued.
• During the Project: If a project is canceled after work has commenced but before 50% of the project is completed, a 50% refund of the total project cost may be applicable.
• After 50% Completion:No refund will be issued after the project has passed the 50% milestone or delivery of major work has been made.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable to prepaid service fees and not for time based billing or hours already utilized.
• No refunds are provided for SEO, PPC, or social media marketing services after the first month’s campaign has started, as planning and resources are immediately allocated.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.). Any processing charges imposed by the bank or payment gateway are non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements regarding refund eligibility should be communicated in writing to contact@willshall.com within 15 days of the dispute arising.
